I was introduced to the importance of personal branding at a Coaching Expo in 2002. So I jumped at the chance to attend MIBOSO's Authentic Branding Workshop in Philadelphia in June, 2003. Rosemary's talent became quickly apparent. She expertly crafted a brand for a workshop participant with just a brief overview of their business and background. After that workshop, I immediately decided to explore branding in more depth. I signed up for MIBOSO's Brand Your Genius and Personal Visioning Tele-classes. Next, I purchased the Personal Branding Self-Study Workbook and completed every exercise. These experiences helped me begin to define my brand and USP (Unique Selling Proposition).

 

I continued working with Rosemary in MIBOSO's Individual and Group Branding Programs. Her insight and practical approach to branding has been instrumental in my defining and owning my brand. She definitely has a talent for raising someone UP to their genius!  Rosemary orchestrates each call with professionalism and warmth. She also ensures everyone’s agenda is addressed. By explaining the purpose of each brand element clearly, and with enough familiar examples to illustrate and drive home key points, she adds tremendous value. This understanding helped to inspire and move each and every person in our group to OWN their brand and their genius.

 

Before my branding work with Rosemary, I had a conceptual idea about my services. After our
work together, my confidence increased. And I learned how to present my services clearly and consistently. In other words, I aligned my services with my brand. As a result, I feel more pass-ionate about my work because it reflects what Rosemary would define as my “genius” - my authentic talents and natural motivators.
